My Approach
I combine evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, existential) with a warm, conversational style.
I'm completing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Grief Counselling, focusing on hidden grief. I also bring lived experience of ADHD and autism, which helps me understand neurodivergence in real life, not just theory.
Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth.
